PayPal is a the worlds largest online payment service that is FREE for buyers! PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending an email. In fact, PayPal enables any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost effectively send and receive payments online to anyone with an email address.
~ Is PayPal Secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Further, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient (in this case me) will not receive sensitive financial information, like your credit card or bank account number. It ensures that you do not have to worry about sending a payment to someone you do not know.
~ How Do I Use PayPal?
When you check out with your shopping cart on this website, you will automatically be routed to their secure checkout which will prompt you for simple information to sign up AND send payment to me. Or, you can visit the PayPal website for more information.
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE!
Each piece is packaged with a business card, in a box, which is great for gift giving and safekeeping.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of being received, excluding weekends and holidays, unless other arrangements have been made. After your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation via email along. If, for any reason there is an anticipated delay, a notice will be posted on the main catalog page to this effect, or an email will be sent to you. If you receive your piece broken or damaged, please contact me immediately. For international orders, please contact me to make special arrangements.
PRICING, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Prices reflect the best possible pricing, as I work to ensure lower prices while maintaining the quality in each piece. Since Gina St. Aubin designs does not mass produce, prices must reflect this; each piece is carefully made by hand, with each being unique. However, from time to time, there will be online sales.
RETURNS
One of the most important foundations of business for Gina St. Aubin designs is that you love what you purchase. If you do need to return an item because you are unhappy with it, or you need a different size, you may contact me to begin the return/exchange process. This process must begin within 7 days of your receipt for a return or refund. In the event that a refund is given, only the price of the item(s) ordered can be refunded (shipping is not included in the refund amount).
